I did a condensed version of this for a couple weeks and back pain disappeared after months of dealing with it. THANK YOU. Now I just do a 2-3 minute routine once per week. So far so good no more pain

I hurt my lower back recently. I just came across this video in hopes it might help me. Your voice is so relaxing. I tried doing the reset, but I'm differently out of practice on stretches. I noticed I on the last stretch for the left. I felt my back complaining. I just took a few sick days in hopes my back pain will improve. Should I keep doing these stretches, or should I switch to one of your others later today or tomorrow?
I woke up with lower back pain really bothering me. I know I often get a twist in the SI so this is one of my go tos from your practises. I feel soooo good now! Thank you Joelle
