Dont eat bread/ oily too much… in the first week, you will feel it, in the 2nd week u will start to see it, 3rd week, others will start to see it.
I have totally left the junk and packaged food for the last 5-6 months but I cannot see much difference , also everyday I walk for like 30-45 min. Please help me
