  3. How to loose weight!

    Avoid sweets, rice and drink 3l of water each day, avoid junk food.. go for a walk on early mornings… either recommended for walking a while after having meals. Highly recommended is to have a diet this will make your body loose weight. Dont eat bread/ oily too much… in the first week, you will feel it, in the 2nd week u will start to see it, 3rd week, others will start to see it.
