  2. Thank you, This is such a beautiful practice. ❤ Was wondering if I can do it pregnant (I am 20 weeks) and how to modify the breath. Everything worked fine for me just cannot hold my breath for the 5 repetitions of the mantra.

  3. Thankyou for this set I felt so much calmer and have commited to 40 days! Is it best to practice the kriya and mediation for 40 days or would the meditation at the end on it's own be ok? I wondered what this Kriya is called. And final question I promise 😀 I'm interested in the numerology session with you is it best to email a question?

  4. Just did this for the first time. I feel so at peace right now and kind of drowsy for some reason. However, my left shoulder is still hurting and my hands are still tingling a little bit from the panic attack. Should I repeat the same movements or watch a new video with new movements?
