It's not optimal and not advised anywhere in yogasutra to do 108 surya namaskar. The main benefit of each pose comes from holding for 20-30 sec in each pose. What you are doing is plain simple stupid.
It will cause more harm then good…..The breath in every step chamges so is your focus and body positioning…In long run it will be really harmful if any of these this is done how they should have been done
