I can hardly stand if i hit the nerve i drop to one knee its that bad
I just tried the exercise, pushing through the pain with slow breathing I managed to bend the hip to the point where pain kinda dissipated. One thing I noticed on the way back there's this sharp pain again, but the more I do it the easier it gets. I can now walk again. 😮
it didn't help me heal completely but found bit of strength to move

It feels good if you do it at the back lower part of your back ( jack your hand there) and for example if you left hurts when do it I lean right a lot because I’m short and it feels so good

I wasn't able to get the relief from this no matter how far I left my feet but I tried this on the floor and it worked. Back against the floor turning my body to c-curve hands above my head grabbing the elbows. Hips stable, arms and legs bend to the side where the pain is. Making the stretch even more effective putting foot above the other. Basically the same stretch shown here but just much further for people with hypermobility.
