I didn't see anything that would do anything. PT is better. Excersize the pain away, 10s units, and heat help more folks

I sleep on my stomach all the time. Especially with a knee up into my chest almost. Most comfortable way to sleep
This works! I threw out my lower back and with this method, I was back to normal within 3 days. When this happened before, I was suffering for at least 3 months! I have occasional SI joint instability/pain. With this method, raising the knee on the same side that hurts, the pain is gone when I stand back up! Amazing. Before this, I tried massage, foam roller, ice, heat, yoga, supplements, etc to no avail. Thank you!!!!
Oh stop it. I wish it were so simple. What did you have a bad night's sleep and your back is a little sore. Sure this might help that. But not pain

I did “back pain” exercises before this video and didn’t help but doing this simple exercise actually worked! For me, I laying on the floor and laying my head on my two fists was just right as oppose to any higher like using a pillow. Great stuff!

🚨 THIS MADE MY BACK SO MUCH WORSE!!!!!!! 🚨 Do NOT attempt this (or any exercise) until you are NOT ACTIVELY IN PAIN. Then talk to your doctor. This video sent pain running down my right leg. And my lower back is still excruciatingly painful. DO NOT DO THIS EXERCISE !!!!!!

Going to try this I’m 69 & im so tired of nt getting any relief when I try to do something. It’s ok if if I sit n my recliner but if I stand with in minutes I’m in tears. I just want to be able to clean my apt & walk around.
Hi Brad and Mike. Hope your both well and I hope Bob is doing well too. I have just been diagnosed with a Meniscus Tear in my right knee but seemed to have terrific lower back pain on my left side. If your back exercise plan works for me I will be thrilled as at the moment I’m in total agony with this I’m not a painkiller popper and hope to remedy it through this tutorial I’ve been a long time back sufferer but never on the left side so I’m automatically thinking it may be coming from my knee injury. Any advice to relieve this pain would be much appreciated. Keep well.

I like it that you are thinking for the ones that are in excruciating pain and showing an easier method to start to recover from a back injury,myself I'm okay now but when I hurt my back I could no get to a doctor I would collapse on the way

Omg! This is amazing! I was in terrible pain. I almost couldn’t stand. I couldn’t bend to dress myself. I was not sure why? I don’t recall doing anything. But I do have a history of spinal fusion surgery 6 yrs ago so I was scared. I did this stretch. Unbelievable! Pain is gone! I even went for a walk a few hours later!!!! Thank you!
