  1. Hi Dean, my daughter referred me to this yoga exercise against back pain. It’s great, thank you. I am doing it every day now and am determined to continue for ever (am 66).
One question though; the last exercise… I just can’t plant my left knee and toes at the same time. It hurts like hell in my knee. I’m now doing this with my left foot on its back (so no toes planted) and that only just works. What do you make of that ? Any comment ?

  2. Your videos have helped me so much, been following them religiously for almost a year. Slowly recovering from lower back spasms I’ve been having since I was 16 and I’m now turning 19 in a couple days, as an athletic teen you can imagine it’s been a frustrating three years being out of sports and stopped from doing the things I love. However, this is the best I’ve felt since being injured and I believe I’ll soon make a full recovery if I keep focusing on my conditioning and working on these muscular imbalances! Thanks so much Dean 🙏🏼

  3. I don't have back pain as such but have problems sitting up straight which is causing problems with some yoga poses which then cause a bit of back ache. I think I slouch when seated on the floor. Do you have any suggestions for this? Thanks

  4. Thanks for this video!

I noticed there are some different moves in this back pain video than the one you posted a few years back.

Are there any moves from the old routine we should be avoiding, or is that video as safe and effective as this one?

  5. Ok so I had a blonde moment this morning but hey it was 5:15 AM I didn't realize it was mansflo..I just thought I would like your routine vs the boring women who seem like we are entering a colt 🤣 anyway, I have been having lower back pain for almost 2 weeks (had back surgeries L4-5 2008/2009) so I was scared that it was a disc again..no nerve pain and everything else that I know to get myself out of pain was not working..it had to be something else. I believe after doing some research that it's my QL muscle..I'm hoping to find relief in doing yoga..thanks for letting me be a part of the man flo this AM lol

  6. I just discovered your channel. It is very impressive. I was a long time practitioner before the pandemic. I'm trying to get my yoga practice back together. I'm experiencing a lot of lower back pain and this workout is exactly what I needed. I'm 73 years old, so it's not surprising.
