  1. This session is addicting . Literally the best backpain follow along in youtube. Love the session so much. I keep coming back here. I neglected my body almost the whole year last year and im basically starting from square one again. My back pain haunting me 😂

  2. So I've got to the age where I keep getting a bad lower back, which stops me from exercising for weeks at a time, I have stopped doing heavy resistance training, I want to do some jump rope, some yoga and some light resistance band training, how can I best stay healthy to achieve this
