this is so wonderful.. woke up with a tired body and i found this video, so relaxing and no music + your voice actually helps me to relax more. i can see myself doing this video even when i dont want to workout, its a nice stretch .

That was very relaxing! I loved the deep breaths in between the poses, it felt so, so good & brought even more calm and peace. The extended shavasana pose was wonderful as well, it allowed for rest, allowing my mind not to (over)think, and for my body to relax rather than being tensed <3

As an athlete (runner, figure skater, and beginning gymnast) my body was needing some gentle stretching, rather than harder stretching (splits, etc), and extra rest today. This really helped. Thanks!
Today I was in so much pain. Now I feel a little relief from it. Especially with the sphinx pose and cat and cow. I just wanted to thank you. Although the back pain is not completely gone. I know that it's going to take time being patient with my body movements. Thanks again for all the helpful tips. I will be applying it through my yoga path. 💛💛💛💛

This yoga routine is a lifesaver. Every time I'm in muscle pain or have had a hard workout, I do this session and after I've slept, I'm completely reset. Sometimes I'd be in pain for days (despite cool down stretches after exercising), but this is the only routine that actually heals me completely. It covers everything. I don't normally write comments on YouTube, but thought it was necessary to tell you how amazing this video is! Thank you. 🙂

I really like your videos. Since you say close your eyes do you recommend people watch this first then the 2nd time with eyes closed or watch while holding the video and copying the moves? I'm new to yoga stretches…
