I wish I knew what this lovely lady is called. I’ve been doing this session every day for the last four years and I’m still not bored. It has given me plenty of opportunities to stay mindful and I follow it with 20-30 mins of meditation. Grateful thanks whoever you are❤❤❤.
I have severe cervical spinal stenosis and myelopathy… With the pain, weakness and loss of range of motion involved, I cannot do effective upper body workouts. I will be having spinal decompression surgery soon and these exercises keep be moving in the meanwhile and will help me once I can start PT.
THANK YOU so much for this video. I have extreme pain in 90% of my body & am bedridden, stressed & depressed. I was losing my will to live. Everything I read said to exercise..even taking a walk. I was getting so discouraged because I can't go for a walk. I'm trying this yoga & will do what I can.
Just wanted to say this is a wonderfully therapeutic session if you are bed bound for any reason – I have ME and it involves no aerobic energy at all. I have even just played it and listened with my eyes closed imagining the movements – apparently this is almost as good as doing it! Thank you very much.
thank you for making this! I just had a spinal fusion, so I won't be doing advanced yoga for a while. this is a great way to keep yoga in my life while i'm recovering.

This bed yoga works well for CFS/ME/fibromyalgia too 🙂
