  1. You have literally changed my life. Although I’m still working progress your practice is so open and you make it so friendly for beginners that I always come back to your yoga meditation videos.

  2. love your videos and quite often chose which one to do by the scenery. I either feel the visual or not on any particular day. I was a bit distracted by the music today though and very nearly turned off. Other than that, i loved it. just recovering from a procedure so needed a very easy practice that covered the whole body 😁
