  1. Okay, I didn't know this channel before and was surprised about hearing no "commands", needing to read the screen doing yoga is nothing I like.
    The next was … there was no flow, even none to stumble through, just poses or yoga like "exercises".
    The naming was odd and not related to yoga … like the gate pose was named one leg hip opener (or similar):

    And at the best Kirsten, the workout mate, was really (not only in shape), she posed like knowing yoga (was always I looked at her "in shape) while the Anna main actress don't know yoga … the way she did the high boat with rounded back, positioned extended leg and its foot in the gate pose or did the sitting butterfly (no stillness, no "rest" in a pose/restless, no "peace").
    The final relaxation pose timed to a duration of 50s? Okay – not my way.

    I expected yoga, got something different and Anna made me think that she practices other things as thoroughly as she did here.

  2. Nothing great job you finally made a video you are definitely gonna get the most used. I never had any video that got any likes so I feel bad for myself. Good luck I love yoga makes me more hydrated.❤
