Love all your videos! I had a question I’m 36 weeks pregnant, can i still do legs of the wall for a short time? Considering i should’t be on my back long.
I really enjoy your routines but I have to say that it's been difficult for me to get through because of the background music. My opinion, I prefer the silent or less volume of the background music. Thanks for your amazing work.
I usually to the Pilates but I think I'll start doing this on Wednesdays to get a good stretch in mid-week
