  1. After the deep relaxation, the quotes always bring me tears. I feel so good after I'm done with the session. I am 23 weeks today and your prenatal yoga videos have been giving me so much energy. I have started to feel more confident and less scared about an unmedicated vaginal birth (Im 22 and this is out first baby)
