  1. today this was a hard one. i actually screamed NO when she went into the side plank bc its such a difficult position. but i grunted and screamed again and pushed through. thats what i love about home practice, i can voice my frustration without shame and it fuels my strength. it was hard but now i feel strong and proud <3

  2. I come back to this practice often. It’s a lovely reawakening when I’ve fallen off of my practice for a few days. Also, thank you for leaving out the YouTube ads throughout the practice and after. You’re an angel 🪽

  3. Today my intention was to just try, finish the practice and move my body because i havent been in the best shape recently. Happy to report, with many modifications and pauses, i completed the whole session.

  4. Your all steps are much appreciated ..however this is my opinion being a sports athletic person basic stretching is required before we start the Yoga steps otherwise people may land into cramps ..becuase breathing plays important role here..

  5. This is my go to when I have been in a funk and haven't practised or worked out in a while, a few days of this and I get back into the swing of things, I use it as my reset & it works like a charm.😊
