  1. I just wanted to share that I got my BFP (big fat positive) today. I've been practicing yoga 3-4 times a day to reduce stress and anxious thoughts. I also cut out trans fats from my diet and have been taking prenatal vitamins and a super green blend once a day. I just wanted to offer some support and remind you to stay positive, take walks, dive into work or do yoga when you feel stressed or anxious. Sending you all love and positive thoughts!

  2. Hello dear i am not overweight no excessive hair growth on face or any other body parts little bit acne on face but i didn't get my periods from 50 days last time i get my periods after 2 months i am trying yogas from 10 days i am worried please give me some suggestions 😢😢 reply please 🥺
