  2. Hello, thank you so much for this workout. Is it totally safe for first trimester? I felt it a little strong on the pelvic region, and I felt a little insecure so I stopped like 10 minutes earlier. Are you in your first trimester? Thank you.

  3. 6 weeks pregnant and quickly realizing I can’t maintain my regular weight training in the gym 5x a week. Now Im switching up my entire routine and incorporating more walking and pilates which is what feels good for me right now. LOVED this workout. Got my heart rate up but do not feel defeated after the workout. THANK YOU!
