  1. Hi, am a mom of a 2 year old and currently pregnant with my second. I’m passionate about fitness and helping others. I want to do what you do, help women during pregnancy and postpartum. I practice yoga often but I also do different workouts. Im little lost on what I should do when it comes to my certifications. Do you recommend me to do YTT or pregnancy and postpartum fitness certification? Thank you for your time❤

  2. Thank you for the workout! But i noticed after givig birth my inner thight (groin) started to hurt when i make some movements and it is very stiff and hurts. Maybe you might know why is that happening? It also hurts if i walk and make a slight wrong movement.

  3. I’m 29 weeks and haven’t worked out at all til today. My doctor told me i should incorporate light exercises and you’re great I feel so good after doing your moves with you😊❤🎉

  4. I’m 9 weeks, have bad pre-existing back pain, and I can’t see my chiropractor anymore because it’s not safe rn. Just after one session my back feels better! I love the alternative options too ❤️. So happy I got fb recommendation for your page when I asked for videos!
