  1. 4 years ago I got into a car accident and this video was what I followed to deal with my back pain. I didn’t know this would change my life in so many ways besides healing my back pain. In ways beyond that it had changed me. I did these yoga stretches 1-2 times every single day. Morning and sometimes night

  2. I have been doing this yoga routine for at least 3 years. When I hurt this is what gets me back to feeling good when chiropractic and massage therapy are no longer working. This is most joint pain friendly as well. I have bad wrists and knees and this is the only one I've found that is ACTUALLY easy on them.

  4. Wow! This was AMAZING!

    Back in 2005, I injured my back loading a log (that was too heavy for me) into an outdoor wood burning furnace. I’ve been paying for my mistake every day since. 😣

    So it’s been acting up and I’ve been more uncomfortable than usual this week, so I decided to try this tonite. I really appreciate this instructor’s precise and also gentle way of teaching the poses. I look forward to doing this one again tomorrow.

  5. Lindsey Samper is hands down my go to video for lower back pain. I deal with sciatica and lower back pain, I am 70 and she is so very skillful in the word choices to ensure the stretches work and relieve lower back issues. I wish she had some recent ones. Thank you

  7. 4 sessions of chiropractor visits did not move a needle but 5 sessions of this yoga has done me wonders. My lower back pain has gone down so much that I actually have to pause to notice it. Will be doing this and more yoga sessions from now on. Thank you, Lindsey!
