  1. I was so slim till my college days and I never thought, I would gain weight and have a belly fat!

    But, after college, I started to have chubby cheeks and I enjoyed it, because I also wanted some skin on my body😂..

    But with that, and an IT job, I never realised the slow formation of Belly fat.. For the next 6-7 years, exercise never happened to me, except for a month of Surya Namaskar and Yoga Classes..

    Again, after so many years, I am starting with the constant push of my husband!

    All I'm fighting against myself is the consistency! Hope, with the next 6 months, I can keep myself updated with exercises! 😊

    Day 1 – 15 mins – ✅
    Day 2 – 20 mins – ✅
    Day 3 &4 – Skipped
    Day 5 – 25 mins – ✅

  4. Today I started this one and i did 16/11/2024 omg I did not imagine also this much sweat. And ha I am going to do diet also.. Current my weight is 82.2 and i will upload my weight next week..
