  1. This was just the challenge I needed to start the week. The poses with the palms pressed together and elbows touching outer thigh were especially difficult in terms of keeping my balance, but with time I will get better, I'm sure. Thanks again, Adriene.

  2. Thank you, Adriene <3 I am an activist and researcher, and as part of my work, I have had to witness some of the most horrible images I have ever seen. It's been haunting work, and I could never do it without you. You and your practice fill me with such ease, such calm, such light. This is the light that will get me through <3 Thank you for cleansing what I see when I close my eyes–it is crucial to me right now.

  3. I have to say by the time we got to the final lifted knee twist at the end, I was full on sobbing. I hadn't realized the tension I had allowed to build up in my body. Re feeling areas that I had neglected. Thank you, Adrienne! For sharing your wisdom and light!

  4. I live in Ukraine in the daily reality of war. My partner is in the military, my apartment burned down last week, I also recently discovered I am autistic and I am in a state of deep burnout. I used to be a competitive cyclist, but I am too exhausted and overwhelmed to train like I used to, so my body became weak and achy.

    Yoga with Adriene is helping me to find the inner strength to deal with my unnecessarily difficult life. I am very grateful, Adriene, thank you for helping me function ❤
