  1. That doesn’t decompress your back. Hang loosely on a bar and slowly swing your legs to the left and right. Your lower back will decompress and you will hear the vertebrae bones confirm it. For your upper back, go to a strong horizontal object and grab it with both hands and pull, the upper vertebrae will thank you.

  2. Lay face down on top step of your stairs ideally carpeted. Have your elbows on the top of the landing side by side and let gravity pull your legs it is the easiest way to decompress your back. I’ve laid like this for an hour and my back was able to get some rest from being compressed
