  3. I went to search for my yoga mattress and a HUGE cockroach was there and started running. Needless to say that I shit my pants figuratively, but unfortunately not literally cause I didn't do the exercises 🥲

  5. I did your other video with constipation on the evening one day. Then i woke up, my stomach was suffering but then i felt urge to poop and i was so relived.
    Doing this again, again constipation. Maybe i will wake up and it will work again! I hope, i'm suffering for 3 days now 😢

  6. Only someone who has been constipated understands how uncomfortable it is. I've been doing these exercises for three days, and I am less bloated and going to the bathroom at least one a day. What a change!!

  7. The stretches were great. It felt good to be moving with focus on the area. My only complaint would be if you could go a bit slower, that would be elpful. This is my first time looking at one of your videos. Likely with time it will go better for me.

  8. Hi Doctor I changed my diet to lose weight and now I'm constipated for a week Ive tried everything, Im eating normal now but less, Im also doing this yoga, will I eventually go?
