I did your other video with constipation on the evening one day. Then i woke up, my stomach was suffering but then i felt urge to poop and i was so relived.
Doing this again, again constipation. Maybe i will wake up and it will work again! I hope, i'm suffering for 3 days now 😢

Holding Perineum while Pooping, can it be done although Prolapses are Asymptomatic?
How many times Pooping a day is normal?
The stretches were great. It felt good to be moving with focus on the area. My only complaint would be if you could go a bit slower, that would be elpful. This is my first time looking at one of your videos. Likely with time it will go better for me.

Hey I have hypertonic pelvic floor and get extreme abdominal bloating with slow motility.
I was in the middle of doing this exercise and I felt the urge to poop right when I pulled my left knee in toward my chest. I ended up going and I felt much better. Thank you for this exercise!
