I'm a 69 year old woman who a year ago was doing yoga 4 times a week. I felt great. Almost a year ago I fell and injured my head causing me to have vertigo then I fell again and caused a compression fracture in my back. I've been in a back brace for 10 weeks. I finally got the go ahead to start yoga. I did this practice for the first time this morning and at the end I cried with tears of joy. Thank you so much for making yoga available to those of us that have limited mobility. ❤
