This is much better than I thought. I didn't expect anything much prior to doing this sequence. I was just looking for a simple chair stretch exercise I can do at my office but it was soooo goood. Thank you so much. (I'm not senior btw lol).

Hi, your yoga is awesome. Thank you. I have a problem though. I am 72 years old and since I started your yoga I have a vertigo issue. The doctor tells me that the crystals in my ears have been disturbed. Do you have any ideas as to how to sort this out?
