  1. OMG you are SO GOOD! I am 60 yrs old, former REALLY athletic guy. Over the years my military injuries have plagued my flexibility and strength and also caused my obesity. This was a PERFECT way to get back into making my body work again. Thank you so much. I am committing to doing this with you every morning.

Omg this is the first time i ever did any yoga i have alot of health problems im not got alot of weight to lose but ive felt crippled this was amazing i sweat ALOT doing this idk if thats bad on my side but i did the whole thing and tomorrow im gonna try to do it morning and night i believe ill be doing it all if i follow u and tbh my body cracked alot but it FEELS AMAZIN IM gonna take my shower and go to be and do it again in the am…thank you i truly hope i continue to feel beeter doing what u show me and hopefully i wont nd a chair one day

  3. Your chair yoga practise is very good BUT>>>>>>Neck Roll Danger

    The potential for hyperextension of the cervical spine and compression are high. This movement is risky in terms of cervical spine health. Basically, neck rolls can cause instability and injury

  4. I am so grateful for you and your channel! I am yoga instructor who is just getting back into it after an extensive period of being inactive due to a few surgeries. I actually cried happy tears during the video because these gentle (yet effective) movements made by body sing! So much love and thanks! Blessings!

Almost 53…I knew I was out of shape, and was struggling to find some kind of workout that I hoped wouldn't feel so objectionable every day…in other words something that I might actually be able to commit to doing every day. Although I am not terribly overweight, I know that I can stand to lose a few pounds and build back some muscle strength, but because my knees are bad, this is what makes excercise objectionable…that and a bit of laziness..lol.
    Anyway, I found this chair workout and I really liked it and knowing that it isn't going to put any stress on my knees helps me to know that I should be able to stick to it on a daily basis. Thank you!
    One thing that really surprised me while doing it, was how inflexible I have become! I know this will help, and I am hoping that as my flexibility improves, I will begin to find more difficult, fat-burning workouts easier to execute and become something that I can also commit to doing.

  6. I'm giving this a try. In my younger days, my body was fit. Chronic musculoskeletal illness with serious chronic fatigue syndrome took that from me. It is a long story, but I want to get some fitness back.

  7. Greetings 🙂 just found your channel this morning. 61 years old and I am totally out of shape 🙁 This was a nice easy exerciser to get started back to health. I fell in 2017 at work and hurt my left hip really bad. It's never been the same since. This was a super way to get back into shape and really stretch my stiff sore muscles. So happy to have found you! 🙂See you tomorrow…..

  8. Yeah, I like this one…This one is really good and just challenging enough without over doing it. Im healing from a very deep depressive few years, poor health and excess weight. I feel good and slightly energized. Thank you for that.

  9. I see a physical therapist twice a month but its hard doing excersizes alone the rest of the time, having these videos really helps me to be more motivated. I do this in the morning and the other excersizes in the evening as they are laying down and I usually fall asleep right after. I had an injury and several surgeries and basically was on extended bed rest so its a process getting back. This helps me get moving and was ok'd by my physical therapist.

I need to express my profound gratitude for your beautiful energy, smile and for this yoga practice I've been doing every day since Feb.2, after two sets of work out and my face yoga exercises that follow 20-30 minutes of meditation in the morning. For the first time in my life, I have managed to discipline myself to working with my body and your video has helped me tremendously.
