This hands-free yoga/ wrist-free fertility yoga sequence is perfect for those days when you don’t want to or can’t get up and down off the floor. It’s also a great practice for when you’re feeling a bit anxious about the conception journey.

If you’re looking to support your fertility, mind, body, and spirit, while relieving some stress, this yoga video was created with you in mind. I hope it brings you a sense of calm strength as you move along your journey to baby.

How often to practice: As often as feels good and supportive to you. I typically recommend at least 2x/ week but you know your schedule and body better than anyone else.

When to practice: Whenever it fits your schedule and aligns with how you want to feel for that part of your day. Some people enjoy it in the morning. Others might enjoy it at night to prepare for bed, but some might find it’s too active for the nighttime. And others like it midday to destress and move a bit in the midst of a hectic day. Do what works for you! There’s no one right way to support yourself.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Support your fertility and optimize your overall well-being with full-length fertility yoga classes, journaling, and a virtual mini-retreat👇🏾

  1. I wish I found it earlier before going into the depression phase but I'm still happy that I found this particular video. I was in tears saying "I'm strong" bcz I was losing my strength gradually. I hope I'll get back to the person I was – strong, happy and contented. Thank you so much for spreading positive energy.

  2. This was so helpful during the tail end of our two week wait…yesterday I felt hopeless and like giving up before getting ahead but today I feel grounded and calm after this practice ❤ thank you for another amazing practice! I loved the slow ease into the flow without too much strain on the wrists

  3. Thank you, thank you and thank you! I’ve been dealing with lots of anxieties and trying to conceive. After sending my kids off to school, I’m ready for self care and finally have the time to go back to your video page. It’s definitely a sign for me to come across this video to start my day. I felt calm and my mind is centered after doing this yoga. ❤️🥰🙏🏻✨

  4. This was just what I needed to switch up my energy today. I love your channel! All the videos are so peaceful and comforting, I always feel re-centered when practicing with you. Thank you! And welcome back – I hope things are better your way xo sending light

  5. I am new to fertility yoga and have a few questions.
    1. How many times a day do you recommend doing yoga?
    2. You have several videos that relate to the same phase in the cycle. Should I switch between the videos or should I just choose the video that suits me best?

By the way, I love your videos!

  6. Hello! It has just been four weeks since I followed your channel. But I can see a lot of difference in the way I think. I am calmer, less excited, less anxious. Thanks to your meditation and visualisation videos. They are the best I ve tried in my entire life. I have a request please make a meditation video that can be used by all. And please make a video of Yoga during pregnancy.
