  3. Thank you so much for everything, Sarah Beth! This was such a beautiful meditation. In the future, could you do a meditation for dealing with chronic pain? I'm currently struggling with chronic physical pain and in those flair-ups, the only thing that really helps is breathing and trying to relax. Our bodies get so tight and almost panic-like when we're in pain so one of your meditations would be so helpful. Thank you!!
