  1. Thank you so much for this. You explained where we should feel the stretch. When to flex and point and let go of ALL TENSION. As a person who struggles with joint pains a video like this was important. Your commentary on the video also helped voice included. Thanks for also being a stretching video with no Ads. Can't wait to see what other videos your channel has in store.

  2. Practice was good but I had to end up mute the viedo as. Too much information was being shared and here strength was being tested so mind got irritated. Am sure people like the guidelines but not for me. Thank you again

  3. Name and thumbnail of the class maybe a little misleading: after a hard week of training there were a lot of stuff throughout the practice I had to "power through", and in recovery I absolutely had nothing in my tank to do that with. So instead of "boosting" my recovery, it kind of prolongs it 😢

  4. This practice is incredible! I took a month and a half break after 7 months of everyday yoga and it’s been very challenging to get back to my routine. I usually prefer flows on a stonger side and doing my usual routine felt like I couldn’t catch up. This practice took me back to basics, reminded me what’s important about each pose and helped my body open up. I remembered why I love yoga!!!! Thanks a lot for this wonderful flow, Flo♥️

  5. 1st time ever doing yoga, and I love it! Thank you so much! Had some hard times but pushing through was worth it, the chair was not
Comfortable btw lol, but the end almost got me falling asleep and now I feel great thank you so much
