  1. Just wanted to come by and say this video is amazing and it really worked in getting me into labor. I did this video on a Sunday night and started feeling contractions the next morning. Ended up having my baby on a Tuesday morning at 41+ weeks pregnant. Prior to this I tried everything with no luck! This video was so helpful in getting my body ready for labor. So so so happy I found it! God bless all the mommies. Praying for all safe deliveries ❤❤❤

  2. I love your videos! I'm 39 weeks, due date this Saturday, every day I try one of your training to feel more confident about my coming labour. Birth ball is my favourite as well, I recommended it to every woman who is pregnant, it's so relaxing☺️ good luck for all of us ❤❤❤

  3. Idk how a pregnant woman is supposed to do half these moves. I tried but my stomach was in the way. And over half the moves you’re not even on the ball making the ball useless. You can do the same moves using a chair or pillow.

  4. I was 3cmm dilated the day before yesterday .. I watch this YouTube and now I’m admitted at 5cmm and about to give birth today I’m 37 weeks and 5 days

Omg thank you so much you are the best !!!

  5. I have been doing these exercises periodically hoping it’ll help get little man out. I’m 39 weeks. However, I’m not adequate to leaning forward as far as I’d like to cause my belly is in the way. 😅 The squatting made me feel like I was going to poop myself LOL. I enjoy this video. Hopefully meeting my baby soon.

  6. Dear Moms, I was very desperate and impatient at 41+2 weeks, doing exercises every single day plus trying natural inducing methods. Finally, waters have broken and I went to the hospital. Nothing went the way I expected and I had to have the C section. What I realised at the end when I met my baby was that I was super happy and kept being strong no matter what. Of course, it's always better to stick to positive stories, but my story wasn't that bad. I think the baby was very comfortable inside of me. I want to thank Jessica for the exercises and the good attitude she passed to me through the whole experience! Thank you😇

  7. 37 +2 and theses past few days I've been getting into fights with my boyfriend while having false labor contractions but this really helped me feel relaxed and less stressed and the stretches helped my back pain a lot♥️
