  1. Can, anyone tell me what can i do?
    I have right side lower back pain since morning, as im doing excersice of 1 hour to 1 hour 20-30 minutes and randomly do dumbells for like 10 mins, but today i can't do.
    I've done many excersices to relief it but when i sit or do excersice it hurts a lot😦
    PLEASE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LOWER BACK and what should i do?

  2. Hi brother, i was doing sit-ups for the past 2 months, around 7000 in total. I'm in a terrible pain. I don't know what exercise will be better for me? I don't know which pain is it, all i know it is a lower back pain.

  3. So how I know what condition I have??? I got this pain from trying to do a yoga move. After that I feel I hurt myself. It hurts to get up off the floor. It hurts to get off the bed. It hurts when I bend, and it hurts when I kind of squat it paralyzing me like I can’t move, what can I do for this? For example, if I’m laying flat on the floor and I try to lift my buttocks up by pushing up, it hurts. I can’t do that.?!

  4. I felt a lot of stretch with piriformis. But I just a felt a lower back pain like at the very tail part and so I decided to the whole routine from the video and skip an exercise if I feel pain. But I didn't feel any pain and when I finished I felt some tickling sensation for a bit and now the pain is gone. Any idea what could that be?
