  1. almost 18 weeks. I'm having bad right arm/hand numbing while sleeping. Now it's just sore and weak so some positions, I can't hold too long. Luckily, no back pain/sciatic pain yet like other ladies here (knock on wood). But can you make any videos to help with the joint soreness especially in the arms/wrists/hands?

  2. Thank you for this video. Im 34 weeks in and today my lower back pain and the radiation to the right leg came back. I was moody all day and didn't have the energy or will to do anything. In the afternoon I decided to try and do one of your workouts, which felt good and slow as I needed.

  3. Hi, im in my 36 week and having terrible back/ sciatica pain. I had to struggle doing this session the first time😞 how many time would you suggest to do this exercises per day? Thanks a lot!

  4. Hello from the U.S. My last pregnancy, sciatica was my most noticeable symptom. I saw physical therapists, accupuncturists and a chiropractor and nothing helped. Now I'm 20 weeks with second babe and feel so much more prepared should I start having the same aches and pains as last time. Thanks for the great tips about sleeping positions!

  5. @36 weeks here! Back and hip pain have been getting worse since having to take a break from workouts and heal from getting sick. I know getting to more regular workouts and stretching will help ease those symptoms and help me sleep better (hopefully).

  6. 26 weeks here ✋🏻 last week I’ve started to have back pain every night, but since I’ve started doing your yoga classes I’ve been feeling much much better! Thanks and hugs from Italy ❤

  7. thanks for the great videos! Been enjoying doing one of your videos everyday after my walk. Currently in my 2nd trimester. I love that they are challenging enough but not too much so I actually look forward to them and am not constantly looking at the minutes counting down for it to end 🙂

  8. I really love your videos and have been doing them regularly in both pre and postpartum periods. It could be my laptop, but I often find the audio very quiet, even when I turn you up on full volume. I wonder if the audio could be louder and then we have the option to turn it down if needed. My house is often noisy with kids playing in the background too! Thank you so much for all that you do to help us mammas xxx

  9. 33 weeks here, I have the worst sciatic pain and I’ve never dealt with that before. I hope it’s just pregnancy related and not something permanent 😭. This video popped up on my recommended at the perfect time. Many thanks 🙏🏽

  10. I have really bad upper body strength & really terrible hip pain . In future can u do some exercises that don’t strain them as much . The exercises at 08:30 ish had me in pain . 😢 and my hips kept clicking .

  11. I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant and started doing prenatal yoga videos with you around 3 weeks ago when the nausea finally subsided. I still find it a bit painful on the knees to lunges, are there any modifications I can do?
