Today we are doing the best stretches for pregnancy! This FULL-BODY pregnancy stretching routine will get rid of pregnancy aches and pains and especially provide relief for pregnancy back pain, sciatica and other difficult pregnancy symptoms! We will also do strengthening to pregnancy pregnancy pains! No equipment needed, but optional yoga ball, chair and strap may be used. Great pregnancy stretches for 1st trimester, second trimester and 3rd trimester.
