  1. Im back here 17 weeks pregnant on my 3rd baby! I have stayed fit all 3 pregnancies, bouncing right back to pre pregnancy weight not even 4 months postpartum for all so far. I have been able to have homebirths and labor fast with no complications/tearing for all births too! 9 pound babies! I am back to myself after labor so quickly, feeling great, and now ready to do it all over again because of God first, but second, these videos. Thank you!

  2. Hi dear
I want to ask a question, for second trimester you share a playlist with 60 episodes, should ı do just one of them everyday? If ı do different episode everyday it would be use full or just choose one of them and repeat it daily? Please guide me

  3. I do one of your workout almost everyday. Now I am 15 weeks pregnant. I really enjoyed this workout. I hope more this kind of workout(cardio combined pilates 30minutes or 45 mins workout coming!

  4. I followed your exercise during my first pregnancy and I was so flexible, mummy and baby in good but due to a day of reduced movement at 38wks and it was bank holiday and an IVF
pregnancy and I couldn’t get ultrasound, I ended up going for unplanned CS as induction did not work for me. Baby and mummy are healthy and sound and I had a good recovery. Now I’m back again and 21wks pregnant. I did this exercise this morning and felt so light after. I’m planning to go for VBAC delivery, is this exercise also suitable for VBAC or do you have any other recommendation. Thanks for helping pregnant mums.

  5. Amazing. I have never done pilates before, preferring hiit workouts. This was a great challenge for 20 weeks pregnant. The perfect balance of challenging + gentle to stay healthy. Can't wait for tomorrow to do another one ❤
