I work out and progressing slowly but surely. My mid section, especially my back always seems weak and I also have pain in it. I do not feel confident about it. I’m 48 and trying to get in shape, for the millionth time in my life 😂 but I actually finally stuck with it! I’m 3 months in and I can def see the progress.

Hey good man,im caring for 5 of my family members (grandparents and parents and sister) and myself while working on construction,im having problems here and there and sometimes im unable to work some days and one chriopractic told me that only thing that can help me with lower back is swimming on back so i wonder can you show me excerscise that hits those same muscles,thats my only hope cus im getting weaker in back day by day and nothing helps(first time i saw your video so i did this excerscise right now im just asking in case this one doesnt help,thank you and wish you all best!
