  2. Wow, this really helped my SI joint pain and hamstring tendinopathy. The only thing I would add is to put the foot in dorsi flexion, i.e. pull the foot back towards you if you have the same hamstring issue.  
    Thank you for this video as it gives me real hope that my lower back can learn to release. Many days, it seems to be locked solid as though set in concrete. Any release is great.

  3. What is wrong with me. I can't kneel like this or sit cross-legged for long before I'm in a lot of pain. I read all the reviews and wanted to do this routine for pain relief.

  7. If you have sciatica or have had it in the past, I would not recommend this video. My sciatica was healing and flared up after doing this. Other yoga videos are much more gentle.

  8. Nice yoga video – moved a little fast for someone who is having hip and back pain the pace is a bit fast. Also weird way to end the video with that dark podcast snippet… feels uncalled for at the end of a yoga practice to hit someone with a unconsensual talk about death… jeeze
