  3. I found this today after searching for yoga for lower back and hips, as I've been doing a ton of heavy yard work lately, and this morning I felt sooooo stiff and sore. This practice was absolutely exactly what I needed, I felt so amazing afterwards! I was ready to tackle the yard again 😁
