Bedtime Yoga for Sleep, Anxiety and Stress

This is a restorative bedtime yoga class to help you fall asleep and to help you find anxiety and stress relief in the evenings. The poses and movements within this yoga class are also great if you experience insomnia. In this particular bedtime routine we will be using a yoga block. If you don’t have one simply use a folded firm pillow that offers some height and pressure or utilize a bolster.

  1. this was my first time crying during an asana practice. some poses felt blissful for my body and caused me to “release”. during shavasana it’s as if i could feel the energy moving up from my belly and then purging. thank you for this experience, namaste 🫶🏽
