  1. This has been my night-time routine for 4 weeks now. Thanks for this video. It’s really helped me get ready for sleep as I’ve been struggling with anxiety lately. Your voice and the background music is very relaxing. And I feel more nimble after this exercise

  3. I must have done this yoga a hundred times. It is such a great way to end the day, for a while I didn't need the video 😅
