  1. this has been my favorite video for almost a year i have scoliosis in my lower back and i only find relief in crack it or doing videos like this. The cracking isn’t good for me so thank youuuu

  2. Now this is exactly what I needed. 4.5months post partum and my flexibility has gone to crap. Do you have an extended version or video you recommend in your content and an upper body one too.
