  1. I have sciatica pain and unfortunately wasn't able to do any part of your PCOD series. Can you upload any easy yoga for PCOD problem? Btw I do this yoga for my back pain relief and it's really effective but also want to cure PCOD problem.

  2. Trust me i was having lower back spine pain for 1 month or more due period issue.. i did this stretches for 1 day 2 times and next days my pain is GONE!!!!!! I can’t believe this worked your videos are really helpfull thnksalot❤️
