    I have learned it a very hardway !

    That we need to be mindful about the pain signals our body is giving & take corrective action .

    Though my back pain became lower , again it resurfaced as I tried to run & even a costly body massage has not helped me.

    So , on my own i have decided to give my body as much as physical rest as possible and my condition is improving.

    Again , I am resuming only these suggested Asanas for back pain , till my condition improves.

    I really owe "Yoga Institute" fir the service you are providing to humanity by these detail instructions, to do yoga without any side effects.

    Only you need some basic intelligence to follow your iinstructions effortlessly without any mistake.

    I really don't know , how can I pay you back , just doing my bit by sharing your videos with friends who has some physical Ailment, & want to heal themselves using yoga.
