Are you suffering from anxiety and thyroid? Do you find it difficult to focus and concentrate? In today’s episode of Jiva Ayurveda, we would like to introduce a very simple ” Udana Mudra” from yoga to get relief from all these problems.

How to do Udana Mudra :

1. Sit down and place both your hands on your thighs, palm facing upwards.
2. Now for both hands, join the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to your thumb. The little finger remains straight.
3. Take deep breaths and focus on breathing.

Benefits of Udana Mudra :

1. It improves thyroid functions.
2. It increases your memory and concentration.
3. It increases your metabolism.

This mudra can be practiced 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
