  1. I find it so interesting that so many treatment positions and accupressure points follow natural reactions.
    How many times have you seen kids playing on the floor and just naturally do this movement with their legs. Then they outgrow the floor and into a chair and begin to loose mobility as they age.

  2. This helped so much and cured my back the first try! Thank you! I never had real back pain of my life (I lift weights and train my back since a few months and it feels great) until a few days ago where I did my stepper machine as fast as I could leaning forward holding myself on a chair. Never lean forwards on any kind of stepping machine! It literrally screwed my lower back for days. Just picking vegetables in my garden and such things were horrible. I kept on doing very mild training as it is recommanded to keep some light activity to heal back pain. I also took anti inflammatory pills. Then, I saw your video and gave it a try after my training. Fantastic!!! This morning, my back is basically normal (or so close it's just a question of 1-2 days) and I didn't even need anti inflammatory drugs! I saved your video and will keep on doing these stretches to prevent back pain. Thanks a lot!
