This exercise is terrific! I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and are seeing great results. And, have taken her advice in eating a more healthy diet and limiting my sweets. But the more I eat healthy foods the less I crave the sugar.

One thing that made me constantly superbig , was that I ate dairy with lactose, I didnt know I was lactoseintolerant until my doctor suggested a test. Now when I eat jogurt without lactose and I makemy own milkfree bread, its a huuuuge difference : I can have a flat tummy! 😊
