  1. Just thought I’d jump in here to say I did these everyday sometimes even twice a day while pregnant with my daughter probably for the last 2 months of my pregnancy and my birth was incredibly fast, my daughter was out in four pushes.

  2. This is my new favorite YT channel! Congratulations for sharing such high quality content! It is helping hundreds of woman, myself included! I plan on practicing your exercises everyday till my labor day! Thank you for this amazing class! I am going to share this channel to every pregnant woman I meet from now and on!

  3. I loved this one! I’m still slowly getting acquainted with my birth ball and looking for exercises to do to support the last weeks of pregnancy and the birth itself. Practices like this are perfect! Not too long, not overly complicated, with a nice mix of movements to fall back on throughout the day. I do suggest putting something like a blanket underneath your knees when doing the lunge motions, especially when you start getting heavier. A bit of extra padding can make things hugely more comfortable.

  4. I was taking online classes from 9 – 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

  5. This was absolutely perfect for me today. I’m 25 weeks & have so much hip pain. This morning I stretched – that’s my new routine to stretch every morning to relieve my tight & tense muscles. But this morning’s stretches didn’t do the trick. THESE stretches did. They’re gentle enough & the video was a nice pace. There are some YT videos out there for prenatal yoga & stretching that are just way too fast for those of us with pains. Highly recommend this video!
