Restorative yoga for back pain and tension relief.
This is Day 19 of the 30 days of yoga series and is the perfect routine anytime you feel achy or tense within the back and shoulders.
This restorative routine offers gently stretches to help relieve lower back pain as well as upper back and neck tension and can be done anytime of the day to help you find some relief.
This class is not intended for back injuries and should only be used for general back pain relief.

  1. Wow this was fantastic. My whole back feels just so much more at ease and good. I can't believe what few poses make such differences, especially if you stay longer than usual in them.

    I never before had the sense of 'this is something I can see myself doing every night if those are the results'

I was having a lot of hip and upper back pain the last few days, here before bed I was doing the supine twist part of this and just fully started sobbing crying. And I could feel the muscle release in my groin/hip area. I carry a lot of grief over a recent death in my life and doing yoga at night helps release the grief in my body, but specifically your videos. They're amazing truly you are such a blessing.
