  1. Hey whatever the comment is wanna share some of my experience of Surya namaskara is… wake up, do surya namaskar is sunlight. Reason why sunlight is not only for Vitamins D. It helps your body from lazyness and that warm sunlight plus yoga both combination with give u 100 💯 effect. Do either evening or morning… as per my experience morning is good because of good air and environment is soundless. If you are a beginner. Then do 10 to 11 set of Suryanamaskara. After that if you ok to increase no of set then u can start doing with 20 like wise improve your yoga immunity… this is what i am doing small improvement helping me a lot… mainly i was i very very lazy person. Everyone knows that coming out of comfort zone is very difficult. I did Suryanamaskara some sets. Believe me it works very beautifully. Will tell what i feel after doing that… first is i feel hungry myself i became health conscious slowly i have added healthy thing in my food… secondly. I feel fresh and energetic whole day dont feel like i am tired. 3rd is day feels like satisfied. Making me think properly no overthinking and messing myself now. Really good sleep… why i am telling all this is because i saw comments which are stating that kuch nahi hoga… I suggest verybody stay away from negative people it works. App bas apne tarikese karo bas… All The Best… I hope my comment may help at least 1% people
