This class is meant for seniors 65 + and this sequence is used in nursing homes and home hospice care – anyone can do it! Chair yoga incorporates not only full-body movement but also breath and basic meditation techniques. 1. I'm 46 and having a lot of perimenopausal joint pain. Chair yoga has been such a wonderful way for me to get daily movement without causing more pain. I'm new to your channel and I really enjoyed this video ❤

  2. Thank you Kirstie. I am 72 years old (female) and due to a challenging healing process for a sugical procedure, I haven't been able to do my typical swimming exercises this summer. And although I got a tricycle for Christmas, I haven't been able to ride it either. Due to back issues (hopefully soon to be resolved) I cannot walk long distances. Top that off with an eating disorder and I am feeling like the goodyear blimb. My doctor started me on Wegovy and I need to exercise with it. I was so grateful to find your chair yoga programs because it is something I can do. I did your 7 minute workout first, then found this one. I loved it and it was doable even with the healing issues. My plan is to do this every day. I also love the meditation at the end so I can begin to love myself and ditch the ED. Thanks again.

Just wanted to say I love now accessible this video was, it was just long enough to feel I did something without tiring me too much. Will be recommending this to others

  5. Hi Kierstie, I’m a 67 year old woman that had knee surgery 3 months ago and I end up stiff as a board regarding physical therapy. I found you in YouTube and totally love your yoga exercises and I will follow you as much as I can. Love your dog too. Thank you for taking care to the older people❤️🙏🏻

  6. I’m 68 and continue to look for new ways to mix up my daily exercise. Came across this video by chance and am anxious to get it into my routine. Thanks for such a very good presentation. Your demeanor is gently encouraging with a motivating “you can do it “ attitude.
