  1. Thank you Tim. Used to practice yoga in 2017 while watching your videos. I quit because I’m always busy. But last week I have had massive sciatica pain and I knew where to find my solution, through your videos! The foam stretch hits different. Thank you again. I will make sure to practice once in a while to keep my body slick again.

  2. I had yet another flair up Thursday before Xmas. Had to go to the emergency Dr, I'd taken everything I had in the house and the pain was not subsiding. She gave me an anti inflammatory injection but said if it didn't ease by the morning I'd have to be admitted to hospital for pain management. Fortunately it eased enough to let me do some yoga. I modified where was needed and I've been doing this practice every night since, along with 10 mins of standing postures. Went for my massage today and it was way less painful than it has been for a long time. Thank you Tim for creating such excellent content that I go back to time and again. Hope you're all well, love and light 🧘🏼‍♀️💜

  3. I am suffering back pains more than two weeks and doctors said that need to stretch more and to do more specific exercises. I found your videos more that one year ago and I started to practice yoga at home. I am not really good student from abroad, but I am trying to do all my best. And after doctors recommendations, I found this video – it helps, but it is so short 🙂 maybe you can tell me (and I believe other followers as well) what other videos you would recommend in my situations and maybe you are planning to do one more video specifically for those who are suffering back pain 🙂 thank you for the answers if you see this video (and sorry for my terrible English). Greetings from Lithuania!

  4. I've been suffering from degenerative disc disease L5-S1 & Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction which both lead to severe sciatica pain for 15+ years. My recent physiotherapist recommended I try some Yoga and I came across this video. I must say this is the easiest set of stretching exercises I've across and it's extremely effective in reducing my back pain. I'm going to try to do this every other day from now on alternating it with my swimming workouts. Thank you for the easy to follow video Tim. Keep up the great work!

  5. Such a words of wisdom at the start of the video! Thank you. I have a question: you utilise a breathing practice opposite of what I am accustomed to when windshield wipering the legs. Is this personal preference or is there a deeper reasoning behind your inhale/exhale pattern in that section?

  6. Yoga helps me in flexiblity and calmness and its also make affirmative effect in my daily routine.
Sir you are the best guide.
Sir can you help me in this?
Sometimes by performing some asanas, cramp occurs in neck, belly and thice musceles.
How should i overcome with this?

  7. I must lean all back asanas in order to teach to my granma, need urgent pain area she`s close to 95 y. native from Italy !!!! In other hand, will be a good idea to make more videos about that body area, Tim please focus on correction bad postures. Ohhh but the way, almost forget to ask lost weight videos to my uncle Petro (Peter) live`s in USA have important over weight, want to make bypass surgery, but I don`t think so he`s the correct candidate, fortunatly don`t have linphodema legs, but can`t jump, cardio high impact it`s not to him, bother one knee ; then I guess yoga will be excellent option. I don`t like to much "gringo" style life, to much junk food, where ever you walk.

  8. Hi Tim, I recently subscribed to your channel. Started with the beginners weeks videos and really liked practising them. What routine do you think is the best to practice coming off from the beginners videos, from among the various routines that you have uploaded?

  9. Hi Tim! My name is Lucia. I've been attending Kundalini yoga classes for one year and I love it, but I'd like to try some Vinyasa too: where do you suggest to start from? Beginner series? 30 day challenge? I have fitness workouts 6 days a week and I'm looking for more flexibility and peace of mind. Congrats for your fantastic channel and thanks in advance for your help! 😀
