I find embrio pose very uncomfortable is there a reason why?

By the way, I would say that literally every practice of yours is super great for anxiety and stress – it's combination of your voice, background music (that is just the right volume), the pace of practice, that helps to calm down and unwind after a hard day at work or wherever. I remember someone has already mentioned it in some comment to your video. That's why I always try to do you practices before bedtime – it helps me to calm down and helps a lot for insomnia.

This would have to be my absolute favourite practice of yours Joelle. I did this last night (and will be tonight also and for the first time in such a long time I didn't wake up with fibromyalgia pain and sometimes anxiety gives me sleep problems. That was very soothing. I also made a big move recently, from the city I’d lived in for the past 25 years to a more rural location, leaving friends and family behind for new adventures. It was great at first but now I’m feeling a little isolated and anxious. I need to be brave and get more involved with our new community but I’m quite shy! I have joined a book club. Baby steps…😊
